Apulia @ Aroma

Some evenings are more than just events. They become memories.
With Apulia @ Aroma, we experienced one of those evenings in March. Together with Nico Mastrangelo – our former head chef at Apulia – we brought a piece of the past back to life. Not as a reflection, but as a feeling.
The response was overwhelming. Many of you were there, and many more would have loved to join. The demand was so great that it quickly became clear to us:
This evening deserved a second edition.
On April 20th, we had the pleasure of reliving this special journey once again.
Once more, we served what defined Apulia:
Dishes full of character, shaped by Nico’s roots, by Apulia, and by a cuisine that is honest, profound, and authentic.
It was a reunion with familiar flavors.
With memories.
With people.
And perhaps that was the most beautiful part of these two evenings:
They showed how much a place continues to live on – in its dishes, in its encounters, and in the stories that remain.
We thank all of you who made these two evenings so special.

Tradition, Leidenschaft und Pasta
– Ein besonderer Abend im Aroma
Am Freitag, 21. November 2025, durften unsere Gäste im Aroma einen Abend voller italienischer Leidenschaft, Geschichten und Geschmack erleben.
Ein besonderer Anlass, der die authentische Küche der Emilia-Romagna in den Mittelpunkt stellte: Adriana, die Mutter von Massimo Ceccaroni, brachte ihre traditionellen Familienrezepte zu uns ins Aroma – gemeinsam mit unserem Küchenchef Mauro D’Orazio.
Gekocht wurde nicht nur mit handwerklichem Können, sondern mit Erinnerungen, Kultur und viel Herzblut. So entstand ein Menü, das mehr war als gutes Essen: Es erzählte Geschichten, die man schmecken konnte.

Wine & Try mit dem Wine Doc
Eine Entdeckung aus der Maremma
Am 8. Oktober 2025 durften wir im Aroma den ersten Wine-&-Try-Abend mit dem Wine Doc Robert Graf erleben. Ein genussvoller Abend voller spannender Geschichten, Begegnungen und grosser Weine – diesmal aus der Toskana.
In seinem aktuellen Blogbeitrag erzählt der Wine Doc, wie ein Zufall ihn zum Weingut Vitivinicola Il Salotto in Scansano führte – und warum diese Entdeckung für ihn zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wurde.
